The history and legacy of Bushbullit starts in 1976 with Kerry Patton on bass/vocals, Vic Godines on drums and O.B. on guitar/vocals. Later that year "Lucky" Lee Holcolm on drums and George Crawford on fiddle/guitar joined Kerry and O.B. Many years later in 1988 O.B. relaunched BUSHBULLIT with Walter Presley and Billy Cartier and played together for 13 years. After several band member changes the winds of change placed O.B. Gonzalez, Doc DeAlcala and Eddie Saenz together. David "Doc" DeAlcala and O.B had played the Cannery club house gig in Corpus Christi in the late 1980's, an unexpected event caused the passing of David "Doc" Dealcala suddenly in April 2005 which left the band at a loss of a an incredible drummer and a close and dear friend. In June 2005, Mike Collins joined the band. Most recently Mike Collins left the band and Antone Perez joined the band on drums and vocals. The band continues to dish out original music as well as variety of classic rock tunes. Contact O.B.
